Description
myForm is a food supplement based on monacolin K from fermented red rice with Monascus purpureus which contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood, berberine, milk thistle, Citrus nobilis and palm tocotrienols.
Take 2 tablets per day, after dinner, with plenty of water.
Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three; do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake; supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolins from fermented red rice. Due to the presence of monacolin, the product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under the age of 18 and adults over the age of 70. Consult a physician about the consumption of this product if any health problems occur. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medicines or other products containing fermented red rice.
